Iglesia Ni Cristo to build Biggest Indoor Dome in the World [PHOTO]

Philippine Arena, the soon-to-be largest domed arena in the world, is being constructed in Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines within the 74,000-square-meter area Ciudad de Victoria project of religious group Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC).

The $175 million joint project of Korean Herald, Hanwha Engineering and Construction Corporation (Hanwha). and INC will have a seating capacity of 50,000 is expected to be finished in 30 months in time for INC's 100th founding anniversary in 2014.

The Philippine Arena is expected to be the venue not just of the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s centennial celebration but other events of the group. No word yet if the Philippine Arena will be open for Philippine sporting events. Credit: INC
