Leonardo Da Vinci’s favorite brand of paper

As you may already know which was Leonardo Da Vinci's favorite brand of paper!

After testing with several papers, I decided to use this  an elegant deckle-edged, mould-made in Italy of 100% high alpha cellulose paper - Fabriano Medioevalis  for all of  my art prints.
And it was Leonardo Da Vinci's favorite brand of paper!
1268 . . . Paper made at Fabriano, where it is still being made . . .
Papermaking reaches Southern Italy, where until recently, some of the oldest handmade paper mills in Italy were operating near Amalfi, in the Naples area. With a production capacity of over 200,000 tons, four production plants and approximately 628 employees, Cartiere Miliani Fabriano - spanning a period from the thirteenth century to the present - is a company that is historic yet modern, with characteristics that are unique in the paper industry.
First mention of the Fabriano, Italy, paper mills (1276). First mill established in Bologna, Italy (1293).

Fabriano Medievalis Stationery is an elegant deckle-edged, stationery program designed for personalized invitations and greeting cards. The soft white mould-made paper takes pen, pencil, charcoal, pastel, light washes, stamping, rubbings, stenciling, printmaking, letterpress and ink jet beautifully.
Limited Edition Prints .... Great as gifts and for collecting or investing!
