Pacquiao vs. Marquez: Thia Megia will Sing National Anthem

American Idol Season 10th finalist Thia Megia said international boxing champion Manny Pacquiao has chosen her to sing the Philippine national anthem in his next fight.

This came after YouTube sensation Maria Aragon said she had already been chosen to sing in Pacquiao’s next fight.

“I met him last night. It was amazing. I got to sing the national anthem for him last night (Saturday). He told me that I will be singing in his next fight,” Megia said in a TV show.

Pacquiao will be fighting Mexican pugilist Juan Miguel Marquez III on November 12.
