Vampire Diaries Season 3: The Hybrid Episode [VIDEO]

After a crazy start with Stefan getting violent by killing Damon's pet girlfriend Andi, The Vampire Diaries season 3 is only going to get hairier. In the second episode, "The Hybrid," Elena tries to track down Stefan over Damon's objections, leading her on a werewolf hunt with Alaric.

In addition, executive producer Julie Plec explains what's going down in this episode, particularly with Tyler's mom and were shocking reveal at the end of the premiere that she knows that Caroline is a vampire, incapacitating her with vervain darts. Here we see that Mrs. Lockwood calls up "Bill" for some help with her vampire problem.

Who is Bill? Well, we know he's the character who's going to be played by Heroes star Jack Coleman and he's obviously quite familiar with Mystic Falls and the Council since he's the man Mrs. Lockwood goes for vamp help.
